Distinguished Talent

This category is for applicants who currently have an internationally recognised record of exceptional and outstanding achievement in a profession such as the arts, sport or research academia. You must still be active in your field of expertise and you will need an eligible person
or organisation to nominate you for this visa.

Five Years Resident Return Visa

The purpose of this visa is to allow current or former Australian permanent residents, or former Australian citizens to re-enter Australia after travelling overseas. This visa will allow you to maintain your status as an Australian permanent resident on your return to Australia. You are advised to apply for this visa before you leave Australia.

Family of New Zealand Citizens

This visa allows non-New Zealand citizens to travel to and live in Australia with a New Zealand citizen family member who is a Special Category subclass 444 visa holder. The Special Category visa is an automatic temporary visa granted to New Zealand citizens who arrive in Australia who do not hold a permanent visa.
