This category requires you to be sponsored by a State/Territory government and is for applicants who are under 55 years of age and who have at least a 50% ownership of a business with an annual turnover of a least A$300,000 or who can demonstrate a high level of management skill in a business.
State/Territory Sponsored Senior Executive
This category requires you to be sponsored by a the government and is for applicants who are under 55 years or age and who are employed by a major business with an annual turnover of at least A$10 million who occupies a position in the 3 highest levels of the management structure.
State/Territory Sponsored Investor
This category requires you to be sponsored by the government and is for applicants who are under 55 years of age and who have successfully managed an investment portfolio or qualifying business and who are able to make a designated investment in Australia for a period of 4 years of at least A$750,000.
